I would recommend a wine tasting evening to anyone and everyone! Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and fielded all our questions with ease. This was the perfect activity for hosting out of town guests and we immediately arranged for Tom to come back and spend more time working with us on our wine cellar. This is the second wine and cheese pairing evening we have had with Tom and it was as fantastic as the first. Tom clearly knows his stuff, it's great listening to him talk in depth about the different wines and sharing his knowledge whilst being fun & engaging. Six of us enjoyed a wine tasting with cheese pairings with Tom. It was easy and fun to arrange, and on the day Tom was the perfect host: knowledgeable, engaging and well organised. The wines chosen were varied, interesting and very enjoyable and because Tom is independent there was no "hard sell". Tom had organised a wine-related quiz which added a fun, competitive element. I booked a virtual wine tasting session for a Christmas present for my family this year.  It was really relaxed and Tom joined us via zoom on the Friday after Christmas for a little over 90 minutes.  All the wine arrived the week before, with pens, note paper and basic instructions as to when the wine should be opened/chilled for the event.  The 6 wines around the world quiz/session was great fun and Tom gave loads of information about each wine, answering questions and prompting us as we sampled each bottle. A thoroughly enjoyable evening provided by Tom.  We had selected a mid-range "Introduction to Italian Wines" covering 6 of the main types of wine in the region.
