 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a wine and cheese pairing evening with Tom. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe the event. Wonderfully curated flight of wine with some superb cheeses. The pairings highlighted Tom’s skills as bringing together the cheese and wine so expertly elevated both.
We had a wine skeptic and a lager lover join 4 wine drinkers and to say that everyone had a wonderful night would be an understatement.
Tom is superb at what he does and is fantastic company for an evening. If only 6 stars were possible.

We got to try 6 different wines and Tom explained everything about them.He certainly knows his stuff! At the end he told us where we could get the wine from as he doesn't sell it so you’re not under any  pressure thinking you’ve got to buy some at the end! It was a fun and enjoyable evening! Tom was professional and organised, as well as enjoying a good laugh with us! We were all blown away with the wine and cheese pairings and Tom’s knowledge.

It was easy and fun to arrange, and on the day Tom was the perfect host: knowledgeable, engaging and well organised. The wines chosen were varied, interesting and very enjoyable and because Tom is independent there was no "hard sell". Tom had organised a wine-related quiz which added a fun, competitive element.
