It’s been a crazy start to our new venture. After months of talking and procrastinating we finally took the plunge and launched! Our aim is a simple one, to pass on some of the wine knowledge that we have accrued over the years to help you make better decisions when spending your hard earned money on restaurant and shop wine. Fortunately we’ve been very well received with loads of enquiries in the first few days. That leaves us in the extremely exciting position of being able to plan bespoke wine flight for our new customers, definitely a job that requires a glass of something in hand at the same time!
